An orange wine of the more elegant variety. Fabio Ferracane from Marsala has left his cataratto grapes for 19 days on the skins to get the right structure and tannin feel without losing fruit. To further polish the edges, the wine has rested for two months on the lees. In the glass, you'll encounter notes of almonds, apricot and yeast, with a moderate bite that can handle a lot of food.
